We hope you are enjoying your Sano Connect service. You should know that the FCC subsidy program will be changing, but these changes will not have any impact on your service, except for the few subscribers who qualified for the program due to substantial loss of income during the COVID-19 pandemic. In that very limited circumstance, we will be in touch with you before March 1 regarding re-certification.
On December 31, 2021, the name of the FCC subsidy program will change from the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) to the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The subsidy amounts available under the program will decline from $50 per month to $30 per month, but you will continue to receive your Sano Connect service free of charge. As always, you are free to switch service offerings at any time.
